Hospitality Committee

Want to get to know the teachers and staff on a more personal level out-side of the classroom? Then become a member of the Hospitality committee. Our committee is a favorite among the staff at EMS. The Hospitality committee provides a lunch for the teachers once a month plus snacks for the monthly staff meetings. The Hospitality committee is one of the largest committees at EMS so no one person is overwhelmed with request to send items every month. We communicate through e-mail so you can sign up for items according to your schedule. We encourage our committee members to attend our luncheons as a way of becoming familiar with your child’s teacher. Look for the volunteer sheet in the information packet the first week of school and become a member of the Hospitality committee.

Volunteers are the heart and backbone of our school. Our PTO would not be successful if it weren’t for the endless hours given by our dedicated parents. Please take time to fill out a volunteer form that came home with your child. Our volunteer coordinators will coordinate our volunteers to fill in where they are needed. Please remember to stop in the office when entering the school to sign in and put on a volunteer badge. This is for the safety of our students.
